I don't know about you ladies but my manicures cost on the average of $40-$60 and I think THAT'S sometimes too pricey but apparently there's a manicure that costs $250,000 which Kelly Osbourne was sporting at the Emmys! It consists of 267-carats black diamonds created by jeweler Azature. Who else can totally think of 250,000 better things to do with all that money? Kelly Osbourne flashed these nails in front of everyone watching the Emmys and says she "doesn't regret it". Whoa, not a good response to millions of people watching and duh! of course that caused an outrage! :)
Kelly, we promise you will look just as beautiful with a $40 mani!
