Awesome Moment That Easily Coulda Been an Awesome Fail
from last weekend's Spring Awakening 2013 EDM festival in Chicago.
Quick set-up to the video:
ShowTek was spinnin on the main stage Sunday afternoon,
it was hot as hell & the guy on the mic was just talkin too much!
Right in the middle of their big track, "Cannonball", mic guy stops the
song & starts to explain an experiment he wants to do with the crowd.
He tells EVERYONE in Soldier's Field to sit down right where they are.
No one up front or on the field is responding.
It's too crammed, too dirty, too hot. Plus thousands of people like this...
Music still stopped, no one's really sitting, he starts asking again
and again - then pleads "PLEASE guys, PLEEEASE. Come On".
At this point, I felt bad for the guy, major fail seemed imminent.
Some people sit, track starts back up, mic guy tells everyone "stay
seated til the beat drops - then jump up from where you're seated".
Thinking this guy's experiment is about to be a Major Fail...
the beat drops and H O L Y * * * *! (watch video below now)
This song isn't new by any means but for some reason I just saw the video today and it's pretty damn funny lol.

Guy figures the fool proof way to end his life would be to jump from
the Empire State Building right? He goes to the 86th Floor,
climbs over a security fence on 86th Floor observation deck
and jumps — falling all the way to... only the 85th floor!
Now he has a broken ankle, criminal charges & still has to live!
I'm sure I don't have to explain this one right LOL.
A friend of mine in Florida says this is down the street from her house.
No one believes her when she gives directions like "if you see the Hemorrhoid Clinic sign you've gone too far"

Check out the new free online game that basically
mocks Mr. 305 himself called - PITBULL PARTY
THE GOAL: make sure "the Party Doesn't Stop" by switching
records in time to avoid incoming record scratches.
(WARNING: yes, it's kinda cheesy lame)

PICTURE OF GIRL IN DOG CAGE IN BACK OF MOVING PICK-UP
NOT NEARLY AS BAD AS IT FIRST WOULD SEEM....
So this mom, dad & ten year old girl from Texas are driving in their pickup. In the back bed of the truck, the little girl's dog was in a cage. The dog was very scared, yelping and barking. The little girl wanted to help her scared dog, she asked if she could go sit with him in the back and her parents let her.
THIS WAS THE ONLY BAD DECISION THE PARENTS MADE.
To comfort her dog, this small girl decided to climb into the large cage so she could hold him. While this cage was secured somewhat with straps, this didn't make it "safe" for her to ride in the back of this pick-up - which is the ONLY issue here.
Until a driver sees the girl in the cage, snaps the pic above, then calls the police, describes what she sees & the fact that the girl is in a cage now becomes the issue.
THE NON-ISSUE NOW GET'S BLOWN OUT PROPORTION.
From there on out, the focus of the police, the TV reporters, newscasts, bloggers was that this girl was IN A CAGE. SO WHAT?? She was in there with her puppy. The issue was that a ten year old shouldn't ride in the bed of a pick-up truck. Was she ever in any danger - no, not unless they get into an accident. But nope, "O M F G how could they put this girl in that cage" became the focus and guess what...
THE GIRL IS TAKEN AWAY, SENT TO GRANDMA'S, PARENTS ARE ARRESTED & CHARGED WITH ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A CHILD.
WASN'T NECCESSARY IN MY OPINION.
