THE NFL IS USING FEMALE REFS FOR THE FIRST TIME

For the first time in league history, an NFL game will have a woman on the field when the Packers and Chargers play this Thursday. 

Shannon Eastin will be part of the officiating crew.  She's been a ref in college and high school games before, but this is a temporary gig.  The referees' union is in a labor dispute with the league, and the preseason will start with replacement officials.

There were rumors going around the Olympics that Ryan Lochte turned in a poor performance during the past Monday's swim meet because he was out partying.  He hasn't commented publicly about it, but he might not have to...because we got proof that he was out.

Ryan hit a London club Sunday night with a few of his teammates, and he was getting a ton of attention from the ladies. 

When they were all done partying, it was early Monday morning (the day of his meet) and they all piled into a limo.  That a boy Ryan!

THE "BIN LADEN KILLING MOVIE"


The first trailer for "Zero Dark Thirty" has hit the internet.  That's the movie about the hunt for Osama Bin Laden.  It was directted by Kathryn Bigelow, who won the Oscar for "The Hurt Locker."
