BAM MARGERA MAKES A POOR CHOICE...AGAIN

Bam Margera Tweeted this picture the other night, and it obviously angered a TON of animal lovers. 

It was an obvious joke....and the accompanying the photo said, "If she poops one more time, she goes Bye Byes."  The dog's name is Penny.

But, people still freaked out. 

So Bam went to the "Philadelphia Inquirer" to apologize, calling it, "bad timing on my part."  (The "timing part" is based on an increase in animal abuse recently in Chester County, PA...where Bam lives.)

He DID add that the gun was fake, and a friend got it for him because of his naked stalker problem we told you about last week.
