THIS IS YOUR PRESIDENT...(IT'S BARACK OBAMA)

President Obama won re-election last night.  The totals won't be official for a few days, but he ended up defeating Mitt Romney in the Electoral College by the margin of 303 to 203, and the popular vote by about 53.5 million to 52.8 million.  Needless to say, it was pretty close.  Statistically, that's 50% to 49%.  So, it was really close.

At around 11:14 P.M. last night, President Obama tweeted, "This happened beause of you.  Thank you."  And within a few minutes, most of the media confirmed he was right.

The election did end up coming down to our very own AWESOME Ohio.  When Obama took the electoral votes from Ohio, the path to 270 electoral votes became insurmountable for Romney. 

Romney didn't concede defeat until around 1:00 A.M. last night.  Romney did finally concede though.  Hopefully we can move forward and get back to fixing this country...because we need it!
