Tabloid sources claim Katie Holmes spent nearly $49,000 on gifts for daughter Suri Cruise, including a $24,000 playhouse.

The Grand Victorian Luxury Playhouse is made by "a professional interior designer and expert builder," and it comes with electricity, running water, heat, a sun room and media room.

It even comes with landscaping design and a picket fence.
