DID BEYONCE LIP SYNC OUR NATIONAL ANTHEM?

It seems as though the biggest controversy coming from President Obama's inaugaration Monday is all about Beyonce, and whether or not she lip-synced our National Anthem.

Yesterday, a spokeswoman for the Marine Corps Band said that Beyonce' made the decision to use the recorded version of her performance, and sing over it.
